HOTEL POLICIES

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, Check out is 11:00 AM

The guest arriving must present his/her credit card along with a valid ID that matches the reservation. If the room and/or incidental charges are being paid by someone else, the hotel will require the person agreeing to pay to complete a credit card authorization form. You must be 21 years of age in order to check in.

Rooftop access requires a wristband, every guest will receive 2 wristbands for King rooms and 4 for double rooms.

Early check-in is $65 dollars for a day pass or based on select availability, this is front desk manager discretion, Sales or GM.

A $200 security deposit for incidental charges will be held on your card upon check-in. The security deposit for the Presidential and governor’s suite is $400.

Valet Parking is available at the hotel at $40 per vehicle per night with no in/out privileges, in and out is $50.

Should you wish to have anything shipped to the hotel, we charge a small handling fee of $10 per package

The hotel is pet friendly, dogs and cats are allowed, there is a $100 fee per pet to keep your pet(s) in your guest room.

Rollaway beds are subject to availability and room type, the hotel charges an additional fee of $50 per night

The Last Hotel s a 100% smoking-free facility. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel without exception. No Vaping. You will set off the fire alarm.

Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $300 plus taxes non-refundable cleaning fee that will be charged to your guest room. All guests will be asked to leave the property.

Weapons Policy;
No weapons are allowed on our premises unless you are a Law Enforcement Officer or Government official and present your ID upon check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Changes to the dates of stay, number of guests per room, or number of rooms confirmed will be subject to current pricing which may be different than previously confirmed rates.

If your reservation is a non-cancellable, non-changeable, and non-refundable booking; cancelation of your reservation will result in a full penalty of all night’s room and tax to your credit card; any questions regarding your cancelation policy should be directed to the hotel directly by e-mailing reservations. reservations@tlhstl.com

Do you have adjoining rooms?

Yes. If you would like adjoining rooms, please call our front desk at 1-314-390-2500 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Do you have ADA-compliant rooms?

We’re proud to offer a variety of accessible rooms to the guests of The Last Hotel. Our guest rooms feature roll-in accessibility, accessible transfer and hearing-impaired accommodations. Do I need to provide a credit card in order to book my room?

Yes, in order to guarantee your room, The Last Hotel requires you to provide a credit card number at the time of reservation, either by phone or online. Your credit or debit card will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel unless you select a prepayment option. A $300 security deposit will be required upon check-in, it will be released after you leave and your room has been cleaned, and no damage or rules have been broken.

What is your cancellation policy?

The Last Hotel requires that you cancel your hotel room at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time (3 p.m. CST on the day of arrival). If you fail to cancel by that time, you’re subject to a cancellation fee up to the cost of the reservation. To cancel your reservation, please find your confirmation number and visit the booking window or call our front desk at 1-314-390-2500.

How can I make a special request regarding my stay?

At The Last Hotel, our aim is to make every stay memorable and special. To that end, we will do our very best to accommodate any requests. Special requests can be made while booking your hotel room online or by phone with a guest representative.

How do I cancel my reservation?

How do I modify my reservation?

To modify your reservation, please find your confirmation number and visit the booking window or call our front desk at 1-314-390-2500 and we will do our best to accommodate your changes. Please note that shortening a stay must still be done before the 24-hour cancellation period.

Are pets allowed to stay at the hotel?

Yes! The Last Hotel gladly welcomes most pets.

Can I come to the hotel without a reservation?

Anyone is welcome to visit The Last Hotel. We feature two bar and restaurant spaces along with a retail area we encourage everyone to visit. If you would like to stay at the hotel, please visit the front desk where a guest service representative will be happy to create a reservation for you pending availability.

Do you have a loyalty program?

We do not at this time however frequent guests are subject to occasional surprises and offers.

WHEN YOU GET HERE

Is parking available on-site?

The Last Hotel offers valet parking. Valet parking is available for $30 per night. Please pull up to the hotel’s front entrance on Washington Avenue to valet your vehicle.

When can I check in?

Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. If you would like to check in early, please contact a guest service representative at 1-314-390-2500 and we will do our best to accommodate an earlier check-in. If you will be checking in past 11 p.m. CST, please contact a guest service representative at 1-314-390-2500in order to keep your reservation.

When do I have to check out?

Check-out is at 11 a.m. If you require a late checkout, please contact a guest service representative at 1-314-390-2500 and we will do our best to accommodate you. But a Check out after 11 am and before 3:00 pm may be subject to a Day Pass fee of $65 based on occupancy and Management discretion.

Is the concierge open 24 hours?

Yes, a front guest service representative can help you at any time.

Can I leave my luggage at the front desk?

We would be happy to look after your luggage and will store it for free of charge on your check-in and check-out days.

Do you provide free WiFi?

Wireless internet connection is available for bar, restaurant and hotel guests free of charge.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is not included in the price of the hotel room but is available from 8 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on weekdays and brunch is available on the weekends from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. both in our restaurant, Ultima Cucina, located on the hotel’s first floor. We offer a café with grab-and-go items from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. along with The Pantry open 24/7 both located in the lobby as well.

Is room service available?

Room service is available via the website. To view the menu and order go to www.ultimacucina.menu.

Can I invite guests to my room?

We happily welcome your guests in the hotel but they need to be accompanied by the guest who holds the reservation for security purposes, and no Guests on The Last Rooftop. Wristbands are required on the Rooftop.

What are the pool hours?

The pool opens at 9:00 a.m. and closes at 9pm weekdays, 10pm weekends. There is a Lounge/bar for people 21 and older. For that reason, The pool closes at 6:00 p.m. for kids. The pool is open 365 days a year, weather permitting.

What is The Pantry, and what do you sell there?

The Pantry is located in our main lobby space, and is the place to get Breakfast, Lunch, get a snack, a treat, or Coffee/Espresso. We have everything from cold drinks and alcohol to soft-serve ice cream and lots of quick snacks or fresh fruit. The grab-and-go portion is open 24/7 and The Pantry is staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for food and drinks that have to be prepared.

Do you have smoking areas in your hotel?

We do not allow smoking in public areas or guest rooms at The Last Hotel. City law dictates that you must be 10 feet from all buildings to smoke.

Is it possible to have a cot in the room?

We do offer roll-away beds that are based on availability for $50/night.

When do I pay for my stay?

Payments are authorized when you check into the hotel and you are charged for the cost of your stay upon check out. Any additional charges, including mini bar items, may be charged after that time. Please note that a bank may put a hold on your funds during the authorization process if you’re using a debit card.

What credit/debit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club cards. We do not accept personal checks.

How can I extend my stay?

Please visit the front desk to check availability and extend your stay. We’d be happy to have you for as long as you’d like!

AFTER YOU LEAVE

I left a personal item at the hotel, how do I get it back?

If you think you’ve left a personal item at our hotel, please contact a guest service representative at 1-314-390-2500 as soon as possible. We will do our best to find any lost items and will ship them to you through USPS.
